Try a flax seed rinse

Flax seeds are one of the best sources of essential fatty acids like omega-3, 6 fatty acids, which are extremely beneficial for the health of hair and skin. Rinsing the hair with flax seed water can nourish the hair and help it to grow thicker. Just  soak a couple of teaspoons of flax seed in a cup or water, cover it and leave it for 3-4 days. Apply this mixture generously on the hair and scalp and rinse it off after 30 minutes.

Fenugreek paste

Methi or fenugreek seeds are packed with minerals, iron, vitamins and proteins that are beneficial for the health of the hair. Applying fenugreek paste on the hair regularly can enhance hair growth. Soak 2 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds in half a cup of water overnight or for 8 – 9 hours and apply this mixture on  your head and rinse after half an hour.

Use natural products

The commercial hair care products like hair sprays, shampoos, conditioners, etc. contain a lot of harsh chemicals and toxins that can harm the hair over a period of time. Overuse of these products  can make the hair dull and damaged. So its always better to use natural products or hair care products with natural ingredients and most importantly use sulfate free products.
