9 COMMON SLEEPING POSITIONS AND WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT YOU

  • People have various ways in which they sleep that can reveal a lot about who they are while conscious. This is quite a shocking thing, but many studies have been performed by reputable professionals, in which specific personality traits have been linked to sleep patterns. What exactly are they? Let’s take a look at a few.

  • Fetal

    FETAL

The fetal position is a one of the most popular among sleepers. This position is defined by a person who sleeps on their side with their legs curled up. Seems like an uncomfortable position to some, but it happens to be a fairly comfortable sleep style for the majority of people. Those who sleep this way are described as having a tough exterior, but on the inside they are very shy and sensitive.

  • Yearner

    YEARNER

This sleeping position entails a person sleeping on their side with their arms stretched out in front of them. Also a very common sleeping style for many. Studies reveal that people who choose this position are usually very open with people and inviting. However, they can be a little suspicious of people and are often very cynical. Yearners are also very slow at making decision, but once their mind it made up about something they stick to it.
